Areas around Peoria and Bloomington-Normal will see evening freezing rain changing to rain. Areas north of Peoria will see a sleet and snow mix overnight. All of us will see light snow Tuesday morning then strong west winds. We get a break from wintry weather Wednesday but rain returns Thursday and windy snow returns Friday then a cold weekend.
