Today: Highs in the lower 30s with snow chances in the morning. Accumulations will be minor but roadways could become slick around the area late this morning. Areas south of I-74 have a better chance of snow.
Accumulations south of I-72 are expected to reach near the 1-2″ range. By the afternoon sunshine will take over and we’ll have sunny skies through the late afternoon.
Tonight: Clear skies and calm winds will drop overnight lows into the middle teens tonight.
Weekend: Temperatures will struggle Friday as they’ll stay below freezing. Saturday/Sunday: temperatures are expected in the middle 30s with partly cloudy skies.
There is a slight warmup expected next week. By Wednesday/Thursday highs have a chance of reaching just above 40°.
