Downtown Bloomington without power due to transformer issue

BLOOMINGTON (WEEK) — The Bloomington Police Department announced the downtown area will be without power for about one to two hours Friday morning, as of 10 a.m., due to a transformer issue.

Drivers should treat intersections with non-functioning traffic lights as a four-way stop.

We will update this story when power is restored.
