Central Illinois bands together in support of Normal West

Central Illinois is coming together in support of Normal West Community High School after Wednesday night’s tragic school bus crash.

At Rolling Acres Middle School in Peoria, students made a banner to show they care.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Charlie Crabtree following last night’s tragic bus accident near Bloomington.  Charlie worked for COUNTRY Financial for nearly 36 years, retiring in 2003 as a computer operations manager,” said COUNTRY FINANCIAL in a statement. “He will be remembered by his colleagues as a kind and cheerful giver who strongly believed in volunteerism. Our hearts go out to his family, friends and all who knew him.”
