It is July and it sure does feel like it out there. Highs today reached the mid-80s and it has been humid and uncomfortable all day. Hazy conditions due to the smoke from the wildfires out west moving over the region and then being pushed closer to the surface from a backdoor front this morning.
The hazy conditions will continue tonight with lows in the mid-upper 60s and tomorrow with highs in the mid-upper 80s again. Heat index values will get oppressive starting tomorrow and through this weekend, nearing 100-degrees by Saturday.
Summertime rain chances continue, as they have all week, 10-20% every day.
