TREMONT (WEEK) -- The Tazewell County Health Department will be hosting its last drive-through COVID-19 vaccine clinic starting June 4.
The clinic will provide the Pfizer vaccine for those 12 and older at its Tremont Campus at 21306 Ill. Route 9 at Tremont.
According to a press release by the TCHD, this will be the last drive-through clinic, but vaccines will still be available from the local health department.
The clinic will be hosted from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on June 4, 5, 9 and 10. No appointment or registration is required.
What you will need:
- You must bring a valid state ID and provide a phone number.
- Please make sure to wear appropriate clothing to receive a vaccine.
- If you have questions about the vaccine, please reach out to your medical provider prior to scheduling your appointment.
- Receive your COVID vaccination at least 90 days after receiving any monoclonal antibodies (BAM IV infusion) or convalescent plasma as part of treatment for COVID-19.
