GERMANTOWN HILLS (WEEK) --- Two teenagers - both 14 years old - are facing multiple charges after their stolen vehicle collided with a police car Saturday night.
Around 11:40 p.m., a Woodford County Deputy identified a stolen car traveling in the Germantown Hills area.
The suspect vehicle fled when he attempted to pull it over and a chase ensued down a dead end cul-de-sac.
Sheriff Deputy Dennis Tipsword says the suspect vehicle then turned around the cul-de-sac toward the police squad car and crashed into it head-on, disabling both vehicles.
One juvenile female suspect was immediately taken into custody while a second suspect - a juvenile male - fled the scene on foot.
A search was conducted near the crash site and the male suspect was found a short distance away and taken into custody.
The driver of the suspect vehicle and the passenger - both 14 years old - are facing multiple charges including no valid driver's license, possession of a stolen vehicle, aggravated battery to a police officer, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
Police say the incident is still under investigation.
