Finally Above Freezing

Believe it or not, some 40s are finally on the way in central Illinois. We're drying out today, and highs will hit the low 40s, thanks to southwesterly winds. By Tuesday, highs will get into the upper 40s! We'll stay in the 40s with dry weather in place.
