UPDATE (9:30 a.m.) -- Illinois State Police officials say the crash on the Murray Baker Bridge on Interstate 74 caused a brief lane blockage in the westbound lanes.
An ISP spokesperson said the incident happened at 6:59 a.m. and all lanes were back open at 7:06 a.m.
It happened when one vehicle traveling in the right westbound lane when it lost control due to road conditions. Another vehicle was unable to avoid it and struck the vehicle and then a third vehicle was also involved in the crash, according to the ISP.
PEORIA, Ill. (WEEK) -- Local authorities are responding to a crash in the westbound lanes of the Murray Baker Bridge.
It happened early Tuesday morning during the morning rush hour.
Details about the crash, and if there are any injuries have not been released.
