(WEEK) -- Peoria County is reporting its 106th COVID-19-related death Thursday -- a woman in her 60s with comorbidities who was not associated with a long-term care facility.
An additional 177 cases are also being reported in Peoria County to bring that total to 7,638.
Tazewell County is seeing an increase of 169 cases for a total of 5,336 and Woodford County is reporting 71 new cases to bring its total to 1,417.
The Tri-County area is now reporting a total of 14,391 cases and 201 deaths. Tazewell County has previously reported 74 deaths related to the virus and Woodford County has previously reported 21.
The recovery rate, according to the local health departments is down slightly to 69.77%, while 28.21% are at home in isolation and .58% are hospitalized.
The area hospitals are reporting 59 intensive care unit beds and 142 non-ICU beds are in use by those who have tested positive and those under investigation of having COVID-19.
