PEORIA (WEEK) -- Peoria Fire Department investigators determined a vacant home was set on fire in the city's South Side.
Fire crews responded to the 2200 block of W. Proctor around 9:20 p.m. Saturday for reports of a structure fire.
Officials say the fire caused about $20,000 in damage, and was contained in about 20 minutes.
19 firefighters responded to the scene, and none were injured. A board up crew was called to secure the property.
