TOWANDA (WEEK/WJBC) -- No one was injured or hospitalized after a fire at Precision Tool and Die in Towanda.
Towanda Fire Chief Brett Lueschen said firefighters were called in around 11:15 a.m. to the fire with heavy smoke and fire reported by the first responding unit.
Mutual aid was called in from Normal, Bloomington, Lexington and Hudson fire departments.
It took around two hours to get the fire under control and two more hours for overhaul.
Some factory workers were evaluated on scene.
No cause or damage estimate is yet known.
