Main Street McDonald’s in Peoria closed

(PEORIA) WEEK - The McDonald's on Main Street in Peoria is out of business.

A sign posted one of their doors alerted customers that August 1st they will be permanently closed.

It's unclear is the decision is related to Covid-19, but the company is reportedly closing 200 locations nationwide.

McDonald's reported a 68% percent drop in income their second-quarter of the year.
