UPDATE (11:25 p.m.) - Gunshot victim is in stable condition, according to Peoria Police.
PEORIA (WEEK) - A man was shot in the face Tuesday night in Peoria's East Bluff, according to police.
Police spokesperson Amy Dotson said officers were called just before 10:40 p.m. after a ShotSpotter alert indicated 10 shots were fired in the 200 block of East Aradia Avenue, between Knoxville and Peoria Avenues.
According to Dotson, the man was shot in the face, but was conscious and talking at the scene. He was taken to a local hospital. No other details are available.
