PEORIA (WEEK) -- The Peoria RiverFront Market is moving to higher ground for Saturday's sale due to flooding along the Illinois River.
The market will be open from 8 a.m. to noon.
The market is being moved to the Caterpillar Inc. parking lot on the corner of Hamilton Boulevard and Water Street -- across from the Gateway Building.
As for guidelines set due to health concerns around the novel coronavirus pandemic, the market is now entering Phase 2 of its plan, which allows vendors to sell produce, meat, eggs, cheese honey and potted plants or flowers.
Phase 3 includes baked goods and value-added products, with Phase 4 including ready-to-eat food vendors, and art and craft vendors
