CHICAGO (WEEK) — Dining in at Illinois bars and restaurants is coming to an end for the next two weeks, Governor JB Pritzker announced.
The rules takes effect Monday, March 16th until March 30th.
Pritzker says he was disappointed by the lack of attention and overwhelming amount of people across Illinois who still went out to celebrate St. Patty's day and this mandated closure is his way on enforcing and preserving the safety and health of all residents.
The governor also says all employees will continue to be paid during this time and he said delivery would still be allowed
