EAST PEORIA (WEEK) -- Some packages scheduled for delivery might be delayed indefinitely after a UPS truck caught fire Tuesday.
A delivery truck caught fire around 12:30 PM Tuesday at the UPS hub on Camp Street in East Peoria.
The East Peoria Fire Department confirms that there were about 300 packages on the truck when it caught on fire.
They were all destroyed.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the delivery truck, and no one was injured.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
