PRINCEVILLE (WEEK) -- Just in time for Valentine's Day, a central Illinois resident is welcoming a new addition to the barnyard family.
Todd Reuber lives just outside of Princeville, where he recently welcomed his first lamb of the season.
The little guy was born on Tuesday, February 12th and to Reuber's surprise he had a "heart" on his side.
"We knew he was gonna be born around this time…somewhere around valentines week…but little did we ever think that he would be born with a white imprint of a heart."
This is the fifth year on the farm for Reuber and the third for raising sheep, but never has he had a lamb born multicolored, let alone one this special.
The lamb has been named "Cupid" in honor of the holiday and is spending time with his mom until he is old enough to go out and play in the snow.
