PEORIA (WEEK) -- The two men arrested in connection to the deadly shooting of another outside of Dream Night Club were indicted Tuesday.
Tyrese T. Walker, 20, and Desmond N. Sanders, 29, each face a first-degree murder charge in the December 13 shooting death of 24-year-old Patrick Moton.
The two previously had their bond set at $1 million a day after the shooting.
Both are expected to be back in court Jan. 2.
Moton was found outside of Dream Night Club in an alley with a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers in the 2200 block of SW Washington witnessed a man shooting, then fleeing in a vehicle at a high rate of speed.
Police then surrounded a house where Walker and Sanders were believed to be and made contact with an individual inside. All exited the residence and were arrested without incident.
