Rain Then Chilly Weather

One more day of the 70s before cold weather takes over. We’ll also see plenty of showers.

Today: Expect highs in the low 70s with increasing chances of showers, mainly during the PM hours. A stray rumble of thunder is not out of the question. Winds will be southeasterly near 10 to 20 mph.

Here comes the front! A cold front will cause Friday’s temps to take a dive. Highs will actually happen during the early morning. Afternoon temperatures will struggle to reach 50°.

Overnight Friday, we could see our first freeze of the season. Mid-October is when we typically see our first freeze.

7-Day: Once the cold front moves through Friday, we’ll see below average temperatures linger.
