Whether you’re in it for the lemon shakeups or maybe even the tractor pulls, there’s plenty of fun to be had at the Marshall-Putnam County Fair.
The weekend festival started Wednesday and runs through Sunday, featuring rides, carnival games, concerts and more. That includes free stuff for the kids such as face-painting, balloon animals, and a dinosaur bone museum.
For many people, the fair has become a family tradition, including this year’s queen.
“The Marshall Putnam Fair has been a part of my life ever since I was little. My grandpa used to be the president of the fair when I was super little and now being the queen I feel like I can live up to his footsteps because he has now passed away. It’s something deep down in my heart to be apart of,” shares ’19 County Fair Queen, Chloe Hartwig.
You can find the fair grounds off Route 29 in Henry.
