Over 200 runners came out Sunday for the sixth annual Run for Hope in Bloomington.
The run, sponsored by Fleet Feet Bloomington, benefits the Home Sweet Home Ministries.
There was a 5K, a 10K and a kids fun run. All proceeds from the race go to programs focused on rehousing programs for the homeless, providing dining services and more.
“We’re only able to do what we do because of all the community support we get, and this is just one of the ways the community shows they support us,” Home Sweet Home Ministries CEO Mary Ann Pullin said.
Runners were also able to donate clothing and other items to the organization. For more information on how you can donate, visit their website at hshministries.org.
