A big sale will bring an economic boost for Bloomington.

State Farm Insurance has found a buyer for its old headquarters building downtown.

According to Jill Guth with Guth and Associates who is representing the undisclosed buyer, State Farm, and the buyer have come to a purchase agreement.

“This is a very exciting prospect!  It is clearly great news for Downtown Revitalization and for the economic development of our entire community,” said Bloomington Mayor Tari Renner.
