RV Show Returns to Peoria

With a chilly weekend and snow on the way, the thought of getting on the road, perhaps somewhere warmer, might take you to the Central Illinois RV show.

It’s underway now at the Peoria Civic Center

You’ll find 12 dealers represented with everything from larger, 40 footers to small pop-ups.

Booths will include info on campgrounds and tow vehicles too.

“If you’re sick of conventional travel methods, you know, airplane, hotel, it’s costly. And being able to pack up you RV on a Thursday night, hit the road Friday, get to your campground or wherever you’re going to and stay for the weekend, it’s really valuable,” said Chris Hamilton, show manager.

The show also features seminar speakers who travel in RV’s year-round.

It runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday.
And Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Prices are: $10 for adults, cash only.

Kids 12 and under are free

Good Sam member adults are $8.
